 CANCELLATION POLICY / COVID-19

If the Governors' Meeting is fully cancelled due to health regulations issued by the Belgian Government, the participants' GM ticket (registration fees and dinners) will be reimbursed by SIE.

​

It is important that participants understand and follow the recommendations of their home country of departure and that of the Belgian authorities before travelling, and whilst in Belgium. SIE will not take any responsibility nor refund any costs associated to COVID restrictions.
